Q1.What does ReplyForge do? ▾
ReplyForge adds an AI Reply button to Gmail and Outlook web. Click it on any open thread and ReplyForge drafts a reply in your tone, ready to edit and send.
Q2.Does ReplyForge send mail on my behalf? ▾
No. ReplyForge only places a draft into the standard reply composer. You always click Send manually.
Q3.Which mail clients does ReplyForge support? ▾
Gmail (mail.google.com), Outlook.com (outlook.live.com), and Microsoft 365 web (outlook.office.com). Native desktop clients (Apple Mail, Outlook desktop) are not supported.
Q4.Does ReplyForge read my entire inbox? ▾
No. ReplyForge only reads the thread you have currently open, and only when you click the ReplyForge button. It never scans your inbox in the background.
Q5.Does ReplyForge read attachments? ▾
No. ReplyForge only processes the text of the most recent 5 messages in the open thread.
Q6.How do I add my email signature? ▾
Open the ReplyForge popup → Settings → Signature. Paste your signature and ReplyForge will append it to every generated draft.
Q7.How much does Pro cost? ▾
Pro is $5.99/month or $49/year. Pro unlocks unlimited replies, custom tone presets, language auto-detection, and priority API queue. Free tier includes 30 replies per month.
Q8.How do I cancel Pro? ▾
Click "Manage subscription" in the ReplyForge popup. You will be redirected to ExtensionPay / Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Q9.How do I delete all my data? ▾
Open the ReplyForge options page → "Reset all data", then uninstall the extension. For Pro account deletion, email [email protected].
Q10.Is ReplyForge compliant with the Google API Services User Data Policy? ▾
Yes. ReplyForge's use of Gmail data complies with Google's Limited Use requirements: data is used only for the user-facing reply-generation feature, never sold, never used for advertising, and never read by humans except with your explicit consent or to comply with law.
